Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
BSLV Solo
Terms effective August 1, 2026 · Privacy Policy last updated July 21, 2026
Part One: Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the BSLV Solo mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Nu Media Tech LLC (“Nu Media Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
2. The Service
BSLV Solo provides live and recorded video, radio and audio streaming, profiles, messaging, comments, reactions, notifications, subscriptions, virtual items, and related community features. Features and content may change, become unavailable, or depend on an internet connection. Live programming and particular content are not guaranteed to be available at all times.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or the rights of others; harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate anyone; post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; distribute malware or spam; interfere with the Service; scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits; evade access controls; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nu Media Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and grant this license. You may remove content using available controls, although cached or backup copies may persist for a limited period.
5. Community moderation
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content, and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the Service. We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
BSLV Solo may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases through Apple. The exact subscription title, duration, and price are shown in the app and in Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy.
-
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
-
An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the applicable price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
-
Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
-
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
-
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to restore an eligible subscription purchased with the same Apple Account.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s applicable payment, refund, and subscription terms. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, purchases are non-refundable. Subscription access may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be renewed.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding user content, including its software, design, branding, logos, and provider content, is owned by or licensed to Nu Media Tech and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
8. Third-party services and links
The Service may contain third-party content, links, sharing tools, advertising, or services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nu Media Tech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if the Service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have jurisdiction over disputes not subject to a mandatory alternative forum, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and Nu Media Tech, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its support. If the Service fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by its policies. Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the Service, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version and update its effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some jurisdictions define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising broadly; where applicable, you may have rights regarding advertising-related disclosures.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. User content may remain visible until removed, and backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.
5. Your choices and rights
You may update available profile information in the app, manage device permissions and notifications through iOS Settings, and use available controls for content and interactions. The app includes an account-deletion function. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to exercise rights available in your jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity.
